Scope Of Work
Evans General Contractors was contracted to build the WellStar Avalon Health Park. The outpatient facility is a two-story, 40,000 SF building that includes primary care and specialty physician practices, urgent care, medical imaging, cardiac diagnostics, lab outreach services and OrthoSport physical therapy. Patients have access to various medical specialties under one roof, including family medicine, OB/GYN, pulmonary, cardiology and pediatrics.
The health park is expected to see more than 80,000 outpatient procedures and patient visits in its first full year of operation.
