Scope Of Work
To house their growing Savannah operation, Evans General Contractors designed and built a two-story, Class A office. at 1480 Chatham Parkway, and totaling 27,500 SF, the office was built to resemble the company’s Atlanta headquarters. The structure is brick-clad and utilizes both curtain wall and storefront window systems to ensure that natural light is captured from every angle.
Evans, along with the Coleman Company, occupy 65% of the building. The remaining spaces can also accommodate medical tenants.
