CenterPoint Properties is a top industrial real estate firm with an expertise in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations that can benefit from transportation-advantaged industrial property. CenterPoint contracted with Evans General Contractors to provide build-to-suit construction services for their , ProTrans International, Inc.’s new, larger facility in Greer, South Carolina. Protrans is a Third Party Logistics service provider offering complete network optimization and proven quality solutions to the manufacturing industry.
This new, fenced/guard, controlled facility is 230,000 square feet (SF), features 88 dock doors, 80 auto parking spaces and 137 trailer positions. The building houses operations for a main office, warehouse office , driver office, as well as 222,456 SF of warehouse space.
