Mario Raia, a highly experienced business coach, has worked with a spectrum of blue-chip corporations ranging from technology to healthcare, banking to research. Working with these influential companies, Mario focuses on creating or improving viable strategy, and process flow management in all functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance.
Mario’s expertise can be found in tying strategy to tactical execution. He helps clients define their market space and devise a go-to-market strategy with a compelling offer, helping organizations understand and link activity to practical, tangible, bottom line results. He has also designed and built management development training and performance evaluation systems. Additionally, he has put together marketing and sales pipeline tracking systems.
Mario began his career with Ernst and Young, an international CPA firm, before founding an accounting and a consulting firm. Mario holds a Masters degree in Accountancy from Brigham Young University and has been a Certified Public Accountant. He has studied with Eliyahu Goldratt, author of “The Goal” and the founding thinker of the Theory of Constraints. He is a certified practitioner of supply chain and production logistics, and has also worked extensively in project based environments.
