Scope Of Work
Strategic Industry is renovating approximately 20,000 sq ft of various flooring and installing beautiful new terrazzo in Buildings 100 and 101 at the Palo Alto Hospital. The project consists of breaking areas down into small working phases which requires infectious control barriers to be setup with negative air machines and temp power to demo the existing flooring down to slab, then rebuild the layers of the floor and install the finishing terrazzo flooring. Some areas require installation of carpet and wall panels in conjunction with the terrazzo. The project also includes renovation of 8 restrooms with all new ceramic tile, plumbing fixtures, electrical, lighting and paint. All the work must be performed while balancing the dynamics of an active healthcare facility
