Scope Of Work
The project consisted of designing a Stanley WanderGuard Blue solution to replace the existing patient elopement system that was having significant issues such as error fatigue, inaccurate data and inconsistent tracking. The project consisted of managing the proposed design phases and implementation of all infrastructure to support the new system. The infrastructure installation included underground conduit, power for network equipment, above ceiling installation of conduit and cable and the WanderGuard Blue tracking devices. The hospital was occupied and required constant infectious control procedures to be maintained for the entire infrastructure installation. The new system also required integration with the existing access control, intrusion and fire alarm system.
