Scope Of Work
The 12 Plex was overdue for paint and needed a lot of prep work before painting. In addition to scraping and peel bond priming a lot of areas we replaced 4 barge rafters. We coordinated our efforts with the residents to protect their cars and patio furniture and to minimize the impact on their life. The residents couldn't be happier when we were done.
