Scope Of Work
Facility features a waiting room, reception desk, nurses’ station, x-ray machine, lab, six exam rooms. Project required extensive coordination with Philips on the new x-ray machine to ensure the electrical andmechanical contractors understood its exact requirements. A new roof top HVAC unit was placed during a 5:00 am crane lift to ensure minimal disruption to any of the adjacent businesses. Because the urgent care space is leased, all work performed on the outside of the building was reviewed and approved by the landlord.
