Scope Of Work
The Shoppes at Landis Valley was an exciting redevelopment project that transformed the former Quality Inn Hotel site, located at the corner of Landis Valley Road and Oregon Pike, into a new contemporary shopping center. The project features tasteful façades and site improvements that enhances the surrounding neighborhood properties. The shops provide spaces for a variety of uses including retail shops, service-type business and a limited number of food venues.
The Shoppes at Landis Valley consists of four retail buildings totaling 34,335 square feet with spaces ranging from 7,100 to 9,600 square feet. The project was constructed in approximately three months.
