Scope Of Work
The project consisted of the complete renovations of 5,000 square feet of an existing building into a state-of-the-art emergency veterinary care facility. The renovations included the addition of a new front façade with copper cladding clerestory windows over the waiting area to bring in more natural light. The exterior of the facility features a copper clad presidium tower with copper siding covering the ends of the existing barrel roof. This challenging use of copper turned a once drab dilapidated structure into an eye-catching showpiece.
The Pet Emergency Treatment Clinic also includes many systems normally found in a hospital environment including medical gas oxygen lines, x-ray facilities, a surgical room, laboratory facilities a pharmacy.
