Scope Of Work
The construction of the 16,240 square foot auction house addition added an auction room, cafe, offices, display room, storage a loading dock. This expansion has allowed the business to function grow at its full potential. With working around a fully operational auction house through the entire construction process, Benchmark took extreme caution to keep the employees visitors safe. Benchmark requested a permit to create a temporary construction entrance further up the road so that trucks deliveries could be kept away from any public traffic entering exiting the facility.
