This $242K project included the removal of the old roof with replacing it with a new roof using Duralast product, resurfacing and refinishing keystones above windows and replacing light fixtures. It covered approximately 2500 square feet of the Batavia VAMC.
Bath VAMC ECM
ENERGY CONSERVATION MEASUREMENTS PROJECT
This $4.8M project included implementation of Energy Conservation Measurements at the Bath VA Medical Center, located in Bath, NY. The basic scope of work was to upgrade the energy control center and Building Automation Systems (BAS) infrastructure, helping the overall energy management of the campus. This included upgrading the lighting system, steam distribution (steam traps and insulation) and electric motor energy efficiency improvements.
Bath VAMC Library
LIBRARY RENOVATION FOR RESPIRATORY THERAPY PROJECT
This $394K project included the renovation of the existing library to serve as the respiratory suite and general renovations to the the existing education room and attached media room within Building 76 on the campus of the Bath VA Medical Center. The renovations consisted of framing, board and acoustical ceiling, new cabinets, countertops, lighting and flooring.
Canandaigua VAMC
TEMPORARY AIR PROJECT
AmBuild provided environmentally conditioned air to SPD Logistics Storage at the 14 room complex in Building 34 of the Canandaigua VA Medical Center during a construction period which replaced the current Air Handling Unit.
