Scope Of Work

Wolgast provided Design/Build construction services for this 25,000 s.f., new medical office in Midland, Michigan.  As an expert at medical construction, we relied on our architect and construction professionals to design the building.  The state-of-the-art building features exam rooms, reception/waiting area, nurse’s station, restrooms, doctor offices, kitchen, locker rooms, scope area, doctor’s lounge, storage areas, procedure rooms, operating rooms, a conference room and a drop off canopy.  The exterior of the building is brick and stone veneer.
