Scope Of Work
Barnes-Wolgast, partner of Wolgast Corporation in West Michigan, managed construction at six Cadillac Area Public Schools. Forest View Elementary received a new gym floor, unit ventilators, windows, carpet, and roof over their gym plus miscellaneous electrical/ mechanical upgrades. Franklin Elementary got a new bus loop, new roof, site lighting, and interior carpentry. At Kenwood Elementary, we worked on drainage in their playground, new roof and flooring in classrooms, electrical upgrades and sidewalks. The Mackinaw Trail Middle School received a new generator and electrical upgrades to make it an emergency shelter for the City during a power outage. The At the High School/Junior High we worked on installing new unit vents, resurfacing parking lots, renovating the football stadium, remodeling the science room, upgrading mechanical and electrical, and bleachers, a new roof, door hardware, and floors. Finally, the Administration Building underwent an upgrade of their mechanical systems to be more energy efficient.
