Scope Of Work
Alma College has added onto Hogan Athletic Center to make space for wrestling, cheerleading, and workout space with lockerrooms. Wolgast was the Construction Manager for the 10,750 S.F. facility.
Wolgast provided Construction Management and General Construction services for Alma's Hogan Athletic Center, which houses the Art Smith Arena. The project included a 29,000 s.f. addition to the existing athletic center to include the new 2,400 seat gymnasium. Additionally, the existing pool facility and althetic offices were renovated.
The building received LEED Silver certification through the efforts of the team, including The Collaborative, Inc, Alma College and Wolgast Corporation. This is the college's first building to be LEED certified.
