Scope Of Work
Balfour Beatty teamed with Heery International to provide design-build services for two renovation projects at the Historic Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas. The first project, completed in 2008, added 16,000 seats and renovated various components of the stadium’s infrastructure. A new, three-story 16,000-square-foot media center, a new club level on the south end zone and six new entrances were also included in this project.
In 2013, the Balfour Beatty/Heery team upgraded the West Press Box, enhanced MEP systems, upgraded the stadium’s facade and added ten luxury club suites and two club hospitality levels.
