Scope Of Work
Round Rock ISD’s 123,000-square-foot Elsa England Elementary School earned LEED Silver certification through the use of innovative building materials, rooftop solar arrays, and careful management and protection of the recharge zone for the Edward’s Aquifer, a unique groundwater system and one of the most prolific artesian aquifers in the world.
