David is an experienced senior operations business leader focused on rapid growth and expansion, strategic planning, and business optimization. He has diverse experience from underground construction to global services delivery, including starting several of his own businesses, and uses an entrepreneurial approach to problem solving and maximizing financial performance.  David’s key strengths are mentoring and bringing together diverse teams, enabling them to be effective collaborators and future leaders. David will be responsible for the overall daily operations of Crestline Construction and will work with our senior management team to enhance Crestline's strategic vision and values of all affiliated companies. In this role, David will take charge of building upon our company's growth and work  with our team and partners to bring in new projects.

As Vice President and Principal of Crestline Construction, Dustin leads a dynamic fast paced

company that understands Multi-Family Construction. Since starting his career in 1997 after

graduating from Portland State University, Dustin has been involved in over 1.5 billion in

projects spanning both coasts of the United States as well as portions of Canada.

graduated from the University of Indianapolis in 2015 with a degree in Criminology. After graduation he joined Crestline Construction as project manager where to date, he has completed 88 million in Multi-Family projects. Evan now heads up the project management team at Crestline where he brings energy and leadership to the construction division.

James M. Wilson is the principal of Crestline and its affiliated companies. Mr. Wilson also is a frequent consultant on community development strategies and multifamily redevelopment and financing for various clients. Prior to forming Crestline Communities, James worked as the development manager for Lennar Affordable Communities in Portland, Ore., where he specialized in the financing and development of multifamily communities, managed public private partnerships, and worked in neighborhood stabilization and enhancement. During his tenure at Lennar he developed more than $100 million in multifamily properties in seven states.

His responsibilities included planning, acquisition, rehabilitation, development and financing of mixed use, multi-family and senior housing projects. James started his career in Birmingham, Alabama with Collateral Mortgage Ltd. as a multifamily mortgage banker. While with the bank he underwrote more than $1 billion in commercial real estate loans, opened new markets and managed new securitized products. Mr. Wilson received his degree in finance and real estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, and his MBA with concentration in real estate, finance and strategy from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He maintains a commercial brokerage license, is a CCIM designee, a NAHB Housing Credit Certified Professional, and a member of ULI.

James’ overall experience includes finance work in primary and secondary real estate markets, securitizations, tax credits, and bond financing. He has worked in a variety of public/private projects, completing multi-phased projects involving up to 7 layers of financing. He has served as development manager or director for multiuse, multiphase projects, tax credit projects, and transportation development projects.

Jay Kotz, Vice President of Southeast Construction, has been in project management in the multifamily construction industry for over 30 plus years.  Jay brings a proven track record for leading, managing, and the timely completion of multi-million-dollar projects.  Overseeing the construction of almost 10,000 units during his career, Jay has worked in Virginia, Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina, Louisiana, Georgia,and Florida.

Keith Roembke, Director of Business Development, is a graduate of Indiana State University with B.S. in Safety Management.  He has been in customer service/sales for over 24 years. He came to Crestline Construction from a large exterior building materials distributor, where he ran the operations/sales activities for three Indianapolis branches. Keith has estimated exterior building material needs for contractors working on many large multi-family projects.
