Scope Of Work
The project consisted of demolition and interior construction of Hilton Grand Vacations existing corporate headquarters. The Project included 96,000 SF of class A office and multi-use space, break rooms, café renovation, multiple restrooms, and exterior courtyard renovations. The project was completed in four phases with 150 total construction days by utilizing swing spaces to relocate personnel to avoid any operational disruptions.
