Scope Of Work

LVIP VII Lots 81 & 84 are located in the City of Bethlehem, Northampton County, PA. These projects are being constructed on the former location of the Bethlehem Steel Corporation’s main plant. Combined, these sites will include 70 acres of construction. Muschlitz Excavating is handling all site work and underground utilities. The proposed construction for Lot 84 will be done in three phases for a total building footprint of 720,000 square feet and Lot 81 will have a final building footprint of 150,000 square feet. Lot 81 and Phases 1 & 2 of Lot 84 contain nearly 600,000 cubic yards of material to be moved.
