Scope Of Work
The Lebanon Valley Distribution Center is located in Bethel Township, Lebanon County, PA. The site includes 85-acres of construction. Muschlitz Excavating is handling all clearing, erosion control, earthwork, storm sewer and soil stabilization. 800,000 cubic yards of material was moved in three (3) months including 200,000 cubic yards of rock. The proposed building pad footprint is 1,100,000 square feet.
