Scope Of Work
The First Park 33 Subdivision is located in Easton, Northampton County, PA. The site includes a 58 acre site for a proposed two-building 584,760 square foot industrial development. Muschlitz Excavating handled all of the site work and underground utilities, which included a new Cul-de-Sac, 350,000 square feet of paving and an underground infiltration basin over 230,000 square feet in size, making it the one of the largest in Eastern Pennsylvania. In addition, the project includes 22 water quality treatment structures and 22 storm water injection wells.
