Co-owner Pat Cottrell’s early career was in the construction business. From there, he spent a number of years working in the commercial I.T. sector and, in 2013 moved back to the construction business where his hands-on skills combine with the project management and leadership skills he gained in the I.T world as well as a passion for excellent customer service.
Co-owner Shawnee Shaw, has over 30 years' experience working for the federal government in purchasing & government contracting. She strongly believes in the win-win practice of employee training and development.
Senior Superintendent Terry Cottrell, has more than 30 years’ experience in the commercial construction industry. His hands-on and field leadership experience combine with his commitment to getting the job done right.
