Ground-Up construction of a three-story 35,000 square foot Community Health Center
Building houses a family practice and wellness clinic, vision clinic, laboratory, pharmacy and dental clinic
Administration offices, kitchen and 7,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor
Two-levels of mechanically ventilated subterranean parking, totaling 38,000 square feet with photovoltaic panels on the roof to support a renewable energy program
