Scope Of Work
Design Build Project designed with our in house engineering team included a 3 story classroom addition to the existing building including a food service wing. Provided a Complete Mechanical System, Equipment & Ductwork in accordance with LEED Indoor Air Quality Guidelines, in a classroom building setting, 4- Roof Top Units, 16 Split Systems refrigeration line sets, 8 Exhaust fans, and air distribution, galvanized exhaust system for food service wing, provided Star-up of equipment and CAL-GREEN Commissioning assistance
