This Class A Office Building, New Construction, with 100,000 Sqft of Office Space and 600,000 Sqft of Warehouse Space Includes A Complete Mechanical System including Equipment & Ductwork in accordance with LEED Indoor Air Quality Guidelines, Piping, Insulation, with vibration isolation and noise control. Along with a complete Building Controls System, we provided start up and training.
