Del Paso Marketplace is located in the heart of Natomas with visibility from Del Paso Road and East Commerce Way.
Anchored by Sprouts, owners reached out to RT Painting to provide an updated color scheme to attract more tenants and to match the 30,000 sq ft grocery store already painted by RT Painting.
By communicating with Buzz Oates Management, and understanding their needs and desires for their investment, RT Painting was able to provide a product that updated the site to make it even more eye-catching to the local residents and other businesses.
