Scope Of Work
This project included the phased interior retrofit and expansion of an existing 24/7 operational laboratory facility.
Also included in the project scope was the addition and replacement of mission-critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure, installation of new office space, curtain wall and roof replacements, and the construction of a 14,000 SF warehouse.
