Structural Stabilization, of existing historical structure, by installation of a new post and beam roof support structure, and metal roof, without landing a bearing load upon the existing structure, (encapsulate existing building) make watertight, and tie existing crumbling walls to new structure, minimally to prevent collapse during seasonal wind conditions up to 110 MPH.
