Scope Of Work
Construction and conveyance of new sewer laterals for a newly re-developed facility. The architect submitted a revised site plan and applied for a "change of use" as a result the water and sewer services had to be upgraded.
This was actually a very simple project ,however the public utility conveyance process was extremely long due to the overlapped between local and municipal jurisdiction. The project was successfully completed and conveyed ahead of schedule.
