Scope Of Work
Working closely with the Smithsonian Institution and their partner Restaurant Associates, Goodfellow Construction was involved in the Design Build project to remodel the East End Restaurant. The space, which had sat dormant for almost a year, required modifications to MEP for new equipment, new partitions and millwork, and a deep cleaning that included the extensive tubular truss system supporting the glass pyramid above. From release to completion, the project was performed at breakneck speed in just 27 days.
