Williamson Development

As the co-owner of Williamson Development, Chad Hardy is the lead estimator for our firm. He works closely with our designer/architect, Vanessa, to make each client’s dreams into a reality. Chad is always available to speak with our clients for any question or issue. He is OSHA certified, holds a skills-building certificate from the HBACA, and has 12 years of both residential and commercial construction expertise.

Ryan Hardy is co-owner, project manager, and field supervisor for Williamson Development. With 15 years of construction experience and a sharp eye for detail, Ryan is excellent at building warm dream homes while sticking to a budget. 

Janelle Hardy is the office manager and administrative backbone for Williamson Development. She is the primary individual managing the day to day operations for the organization, and is usually the first point of contact for customers and vendors. 

Vanessa Cassias is the in-house interior designer and architect for our team. She finds ways to bring warmth and elegance into any floorplan, and works closely with our clients and construction managers to accomplish building goals. Her 15 years of design experience is unmatched in the Phoenix area.
