Scope Of Work

The scope of work of this project consist demolition of :
- Showroom flooring ,wall/door, existing partitions, Office carpet demolition .
- Office acoustic ceiling tiles
- Showroom lighting and track
- Office electrical demolition for panel relocation
Relocation of the electrical panel from wall to column located in the center of office space
Install new showroom wood flooring with surface mounted wood wall base and underlayment.
Mohawk flooring Ultra Wood Plus Sebastian Isle, Ventura Oak
Install new showroom Coronet lights & WAC lighting system
Install wood flooring in the open office and 2 private offices with surface-mounted wood wall base.
Install new flooring in storage and kitchenette.
Install metal ductwork to the air handler to existing flex duct locations. Patching and painting the entire ceiling white
Relocate/reroute cabling that is present above the dropped ceiling
Install new wall in the office and fill in doors openings, relocate existing door per plan Install frameless glass partitions in office space and glass door
tempered glass w/ top & bottom U channel
Glass door entry system, CRL Cascade, glazing system
