Scope Of Work
When ZS Associates needed to build out a new space and expand their existing space in the Empire State Building, they looked to the leadership that built the original. Wolf Construction Corporation transformed a blank canvas into approximately 50,000 square feet of custom-designed office space across 2 floors. This project involved the build-out of individual perimeter offices as well as common areas, full pantries complete with high-end millwork, and technologically advanced conference rooms capable of connecting teams all around the globe.
