Justin DeFillippo's Bio
Justin has over 20+ years of electrical construction experience and has built a long-standing reputation for being an expert in the electrical trade. He got his start in 1998 as a helper getting coffee for the team, to aggressively moving up the ranks from mechanic, foreman, senior project manager to now co-owner of his own electrical contracting business. He is well-versed in all aspects and roles and is responsible for the management and oversight of all daily operations. He firmly believes that anyone in the managerial position should have the background and experience to do the job themselves. “I value competence and quality; therefore, I want the best of the best working in the field next to me. We are all working toward a common goal - getting the job done quickly, efficiently, and most importantly safely. Safety is always the biggest priority on a job-site, I want to make sure my team never hesitates to stop work if they feel something is unsafe. Everyone should go home to their families with all their fingers and toes intact at the end of the day.” Justin ensures that all employees are up-to-date on all OSHA standards, National Electrical Code, NFPA70, etc. His commitment extends to conducting weekly tool-box talks and encouraging all team members to participate in flex & stretch warm-ups prior to work. “This is my strength! I love to be in the field managing; making sure projects are progressing accordingly, actively interacting with my team, making sure my top guys have the material & support they need to get the job done. I think it’s important for morale when my team sees me at 5 o’clock in the morning, out there, working just as hard as them."

Christopher Barbaro's Bio
Also known as the company's “Code Guru,” Christopher attended NYC Technical College and has been in the electrical industry since 1985. He was a member of Local 3 for over 20 years and treats every project as a union job site. His extensive background has given him the knowledge and insight to tackle the most complex electrical systems. His main responsibilities include pulling permits, estimating, technical RFI’s, code compliance, advisory board meetings, and final job site inspection. Christopher believes in investing in employees by teaching the next generation of electricians the do’s & don’ts of the trade. “Helping our workers develop their careers makes them feel valued and appreciated which is the backbone of a strong organization. Recognizing talent and a person’s innate ability to learn and become better increases job satisfaction, engagement and productivity, which in turn helps the company reach its ultimate goal of employing only the very best. When I’m not explaining how to terminate a 750mcm into a 4160 volt transformer I’m showing the team how to play Ozzy on my favorite guitar. I fully embrace my unofficial role as teacher, mentor, and motivator."
