Scope Of Work
When HISUN Motors Corporation, a global provider of private label power-sport UTV and ATV vehicles, needed to expand its footprint at its 11.2 acre McKinney, Texas, headquarters, they sought a general contractor to build their new facility exactly the way they envisioned this facility. They chose Caliber. To accommodate growing demand for its products, HISUN wanted to construct a new building for its assembled all-terrain vehicles. As the general contractor, Caliber worked closely with the client, architect and developer during the design phase to add value and reduce cost. Caliber oversaw the construction of the multi-million
dollar project which included complete demolition of an existing building and parking lot. The Architect was Selzer and Associates.
