Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the construction of a 148-unit senior housing development. There were two 84,000 SF, four-story wood-framed buildings, each with 74 units.
The project also included a 7,000 SF clubhouse with a pool, an on-site parking area, landscaping and detached garages.
