Scope Of Work

This project consists of renovations and additions at three of the district’s schools and the Baldwinsville Public Library.

Baker High School received a complete auditorium renovation, roof and window replacements, classroom renovations and a turf field. Durgee Junior High School improvements included reconstruction of the bus loop/parent drop off, installation of exterior LED lighting and classroom carpet replacement. Ray Middle School received digital HVAC conversion, water heater and boiler replacements and renovations to main entrance security and access control. All three schools received fire alarm and telephone upgrades.

At the Baldwinsville Public Library, improvements included light duty masonry restoration as well as caulking and flashing repairs to the cast stone cap.
