Scope Of Work
As the Construction Manager, JCS is responsible for the interior fit-out of the 11th and 12th floors—in total 70,000-square feet—of a EB Gold certified corporate office building features exposed brick, polished concrete, reclaimed wood floors, a state-of-the-art bar, and custom ceiling systems, casework and glasswork . custom glasswork, built-in furniture.
