Scope Of Work
Delamar is a boutique hotel at Blue Back Square in West Hartford, CT. The hotel will contain 90 traditional hotel rooms and 12 extended stay suites. JCS was hired as the construction manager and provided complete pre-construction services and developed the GMP. JCS was tasked with the design-build of the MEP systems and worked with qualified subcontractors to put the systems in place to the engineer’s design specifications.
