Scope Of Work
U.S. WorldMeds built a beautiful new Class-A three-story office building in Louisville in 2015 and finished everything except for a 9,500 square feet space on the second floor. Their rapid growth necessitated the finishing of that second-floor space in 2016 and Woodbine partnered with Link Electric to do the job. Link handled the electric, plumbing, HVAC and sprinkler work and Woodbine handled everything else including metal stud framing, insulation, drywall, acoustical ceilings, painting, doors and hardware, wood trim, storefront glass, casework, appliances, carpet tiles and resilient flooring. The result was described by U.S. WorldMeds management as the highest quality floor of a high-quality Class-A building. And it was substantially complete in eight weeks meeting the customer’s deadline and allowing their growing staff to move into their sparkling new offices.
