Scope Of Work
The McDonald’s in Simpsonville, Kentucky, was a new restaurant built near the Outlet Mall. McDonald’s has a very challenging 79-day schedule for the construction of their new stores (and they do not want to hear about the weather!) and they turned to their company-approved general contractor, Woodbine Construction, to build this one for them. Poor soils requiring remediation work made this a challenging project from the start but Woodbine came through as always and delivered a beautiful new restaurant to this valued customer on time and on budget.
