Scope Of Work
When Heimbrock, Inc. needed a new warehouse they turned to Woodbine to provide it to them. The 17,953 square feet warehouse is a pre-engineered metal building with a masonry skirt which was added to an existing office building. It was built on a challenging site with swampy ground which required significant undercutting and soil stabilization measures to ensure the structural integrity of the building. Woodbine and its site contractor, Bierman Excavating, made sure these extra measures were taken and then the building came up out of the fortified ground. The project is a great example of Woodbine’s ability to taken on challenging jobs and turn them into successful projects for our customers.
