Scope Of Work
A 750K interior buildout with additional extension to the buildings ground floor for Peter Cooper Village/ Stuyvesant Town, Oval Services office. Designed to accommodate staff and create additional storage area for property. The scope of work consisted of the demolition of exterior walls, glass storefront panel installation with an integrated automatic sliding door, custom illuminated signage, and a storefront wide retractable shade system.
