Scope Of Work
15 Cliff is a newly renovated luxury rental building located in the heart of the Financial District. Location-wise, New York City was a new market for our client who wanted to test a few design choices, while keeping construction duration and price down. By working collaboratively with the client and architect we were able to renovate the units with high end finishes while maintaining a 30 day schedule and at a lowest cost per unit.
