Local Fry Family Farm began as a weekly Farmers Market stand. However, a permanent solution became necessary with their growing popularity. S+B James Construction assisted with the 8,400-square foot building, featuring a 1,400-square foot retail storefront with a commercial kitchen, processing, food storage and shipping dock. This shipping dock will allow The Fry Family Farm to expand their business by shipping produce to Portland and Seattle.
