Description and Delivery Method: HUD Financing/Starr Housing Authority The Starr Housing Authority apartment construction project consisted of 34 dwelling units under H LID Financing. The 10-acre housing development is consisting of 34 apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo and maintenance warehouse. The gated community was newly constructed with underground utilities, parking and landscaping. The apartments were also handicap accessible in twelve units for the visual and hearing impaired.
