Description and Delivery Method: TDCHA/MDS Development The Avanti East Apartments is a new construction project consisting of 108 apartment units under the Texas Department of Community Affairs. The 7-acre housing development is consisting of 108 apartments, a clubhouse, park, playground, gazebo and swimming pool. The gated community is under construction with underground utilities, parking and landscaping. The apartments will be handicap accessible in four units for the visual and hearing impaired.
