Description and Delivery Method: TDCHA/MDS Development The Avanti at Creenwood Apartments is an 81 unit development with a mixture of I-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom united in garden-style three-story walk- up buildings. Two residential buildings with an integrated clubhouse facility into one of the residential buildings and also includes a maintenance building. Outdoor community amenities include a pool, trellis with seating area and a children's playscape.
