Scope Of Work

This project was a 115'x115' 28' tall  pre-engineered metal building, insulated, added a wrap around porch and installed horizontal sheets around the top 1/2 of the building. We fabricated I-beams from receiver channel for the rafters for the porch (per the customers request) There were 6 huge windows, 2 walk through doors, a couple double doors, and 2 huge entrance doors. 

We took on this project after it had been abandoned. There were many flaws with the design of the building, some of the provided material was not correct, partially erected building was completely wrong, unleveled, out of square, ect.. 

We originally bid this project several months prior to us being awarded the contract. Another company beat our price quite a bit, despite my warning them that they were going to have trouble because I know for a fact my pricing is very fair, super competitive as is and for someone to beat me that much, only spells disaster.... They accepted their offer and started work. We received a call back a couple months later asking if we could come to their rescue, the contractor they hired did a horrible job and abandoned the project weeks ago.. We came to terms and assumed the responsibility of the building, had to completely redo everything that had been done and completed the project. All in all they are very happy with their building.
